For this reason each field and each plant is cared for throughout the year in a personalized way, as like any living being, each one of them has specific needs. Harvesting is done by hand and with great care. |
The grapes are picked in small boxes and without pressure, avoiding any damage that could cause oxidation and/or fermentation. |
The pressure in the press is very gentle to obtain only free run juice. |
Filtrations are done by physical means to maintain the nutritional properties. |
No gelatines or other clarifying products of animal origin are used. (Suitable for vegans). |
No sugars or other additives used. |
Before bottling the juice is pasteurized to ensure conservation, but avoiding excessive temperatures that could alter the nutritional properties as well as its vitality. |
The bottles and lids are sterilized with steam at the moment of packaging. |
